CityServe Vancouver exists to connect local surplus with local need across Metro Vancouver. We work alongside businesses, community organizations, and churches to ensure essential goods reach individuals and families facing hardship in our city. Our goal is to strengthen existing care networks while reducing waste and increasing access to practical resources.
Coastal Church serves as the administrative and operational lead for CityServe Vancouver. They oversee the warehouse, staffing, volunteer coordination, financial administration, and compliance required to operate the Vancouver hub with integrity and accountability.

Approved community partners receive goods through our network and distribute them directly to individuals and families they know and support. This approach ensures resources are delivered relationally, locally, and with dignity.
Points of Distribution are trusted community organizations across Vancouver that operate as ongoing resource centres for the individuals and families they serve. PODs partner with CityServe Vancouver to receive donated goods at scale from the local hub and distribute them consistently through their programs and services.
Compassion Partners are organizations across Vancouver that receive goods in kind for specific, purpose-driven initiatives. These partnerships support targeted needs such as community events, seasonal outreach, or direct assistance for individuals and families, allowing resources to be shared in timely and meaningful ways.
